Professional photography:

We use an HDR photography process. Unlike the HDR you can find on your phone, our process is more complex.We take an average of 3 to 5 photos (depending on the light) for each desired angle. Then we import them into a program and merge them. This will result in 1 photo that will allow us to manipulate both the light sources and the shadows in the programs designed for this purpose.  This process allows us to maximize the potential of a room.  

Drone

The drone is a very useful tool for marketing certain properties. Whether you want to see the size of the property or the amenities around it, we can offer you this service from our team.

Video

For social networks, video has become a must. Whether it's done on location or afterwards with photo animation, we are using this medium more and more to showcase our properties.

Matterport (virtual tour)

The 3D virtual tour is an incomparable tool for presenting a house.  All types of properties can benefit from its use. We recommend this process especially when the layout of a property is not standard or if the property is very large, as it becomes difficult with only photos to get an overall impression of the house. It is also possible to take 360° pictures with the matterport camera.
